Pilates built around you

New to Pilates? Coming back after a break? Or already doing it, but want to understand a bit more about what you’re actually doing?

My sessions are built around your body, your goals and where you’re starting from. Expect purposeful movement, plenty of explanation and the right level of challenge to help you get stronger, understand your body and feel more confident in how you move.

How it Works

Before we get started, you’ll fill in a short consultation form and we’ll have a quick chat about your goals, experience and anything I need to know. I’ll use that to shape your sessions around you,  choosing the right exercises, making adaptations where needed and progressing as you get stronger and more confident.

Focused, individual Pilates sessions built around your body, goals and level of experience.

Each session gives you dedicated attention, clear explanation and appropriate progression so you can develop strength, understanding and confidence over time.

Pilates Foundations

A three-session one-to-one package for people who are new to Pilates or want to revisit the fundamentals with greater understanding.

You will learn the key principles, explore how breath, core support and alignment work together, and finish with a personalised session designed around you.

One-to-one
Group

Share your Pilates practice with a partner, friend or family member in a session designed around compatible goals and experience. Maximum of 3 per session.

You will all receive clear teaching and individual adaptations, while sharing the cost and attention.

Which session is right for you?

Not sure where to begin? The right option depends on how much experience you have, the level of individual attention you would like and what you want from your sessions. Foundations is perfect for a structured start, while one-to-one offers the highest level of personalisation for specific rehab or goal-based needs. If you enjoy sharing the journey, group offers a social yet focused environment.

FAQs

Do I need any previous Pilates experience?

No. Sessions are suitable for people who are completely new to Pilates, returning after a break or have practised for years but want greater understanding and individual attention.

Which Pilates option is best for me?

Pilates Foundations is a good starting point if you want a structured introduction or would like to revisit the fundamentals. One-to-one sessions offer the greatest level of personalisation, while small group sessions allow you to attend and share the cost with someone you know.

Is Pilates Foundations just for beginners?

No. The package is also suitable for people who have attended Pilates classes before but want to understand the principles, terminology and purpose behind the movements more clearly.

What is the difference between PIlates Foundations and one-to-one classes?

Pilates Foundations follows a structured three-session format designed to introduce or revisit the fundamentals. Ongoing one-to-one sessions are planned around your individual goals and evolve as your strength, understanding and practice develop.

How personalised are one-to-one sessions?

One-to-one sessions are planned specifically around your body, goals and level of experience. Exercises can be adapted, progressed or approached differently according to what you need and what I observe during the session.

How can Pilates support another sport or activity?

Pilates can help develop whole-body strength, stability, control and body awareness that may support running, cycling, tennis, gym training and other activities. Your sessions can be planned with your other interests and goals in mind.

Do I have to buy a block of sessions?

No. One-to-one and two-to-one sessions can be purchased individually. Blocks of ten are available at a discounted price for clients who want to attend regularly.

How long are block sessions valid?

Blocks of ten sessions are valid for six months. The Pilates Foundations package should be completed within eight weeks.
